Meet my beautiful sister, Val and her life partner, Amy. Amy needed some professional business portraits taken, and wanted some with the two of them as well!! It’s always such an honor to photograph friends and family (especially your sibbling!). I think the photos turned out awesome, and the photo of Amy is “so amy”!! I think I truly got her essence in that photo! and I absolutely LOVE the photo of the two of them!! Aren’t they SO CUTE together?!?! I am sure they are dying to see their sneak peek ~ so here ya go!

The Swiggum Family!

Yikes! Has it really been this long since I blogged?!?! Shame on me!! Throw a vacation and 4th of July into my life and I get behind on posting!!!

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful family last week at Toni and Bob’s 50th anniversary party!! They are blessed with 5 wonderful children and 12 amazing grandchildren! Their party was held at a relative’s beauitful home in Chaska, and it provided us with an amazing setting for photos!! Here is a small sneak-peek of their family!

Happy Birthday Mandee!

Today is Mandee’s birthday!! I wanted to give her a shout-out to wish her a very happy day today!! Not only did she celebrate a birthday this week, she also celebrated her one-year anniversary at Custom Creations Photography! She has been a wonderful addition to our staff and I am so blessed to have her around for Dunn Brother’s breaks!!! I hope you have a fantastic weekend Mandee ~ but be prepared for tons of work on Monday!!!

The Beautiful Women of …Muselan…

I am so blessed to have the amazing clients that I do!! I have been working with Muselan for about three years now, and after that much time you truly begin to “know” what the client needs!! They are such stunningly beautiful women, it makes my job a piece of cake! They came in this past week for some updated media photos, and I think they turned out amazing!!! Here is a sneak peek!

Meet Wyatt!

This little cutie came in for his 18 month session this past week and was SO sweet! He was very serious, but that’s ok because we didn’t have any meltdowns, which is common at this age group! His mom was disappointed that he didn’t give any smiles, but I assured her that that actually works out ok, and his eyes are SO amazing that it makes up for his lack of smile!! Don’t you agree??

Oliver’s First Birthday!!!

All I can say is WOW! This little man is SO stinkin’ cute, I can hardly stand it! It seriously makes my day week when I have a baby do something as cute as this little guy!! Little Miss Sophia!

This adorable little girl came in for her newborn session last week, she was just one week old and SO precious! We absolutely LOVE photographing newborns, and the newer the better!! Her parents won our grand prize at the St. Francis Baby Fair, and we are so excited to have them in the studio!! Here is a sneak peek at her beautiful session!

Meet Jacob.

I will have the honor of photographing Jacob’s Bar Mitzvah in August and he is going to have a really fun “Soccer” theme for his party. We decided to do some fun photos of him with his soccer uniform to be able to put out at the party, plus it was a great opportunity to meet and work with him before his big day!! He is a genuinely great kid, I am really excited to photograph his Bar Mitzvah and see him interact with all of his friends!! His family is super amazing to work with and I know it is going to be a fantastic day!!!
