The fabulous Mallery family came in for their holiday card photos this past week, I can’t get over how big the kids have gotten!! I photographed Jen and Max’s wedding about 3 years ago, and have enjoyed watching their family grow!! They are such wonderful people, and are a pleasure to have in the studio (well, maybe minus the blood-curdling scream of a two year old that is DONE with photos!! lol!) and their images are beautiful!!! Thank goodness for some toys and bubbles to distract from what is actually going on!!!

The Nelson Family!

I had a wonderful time photographing the beautiful Nelson family. Kari and I were college roommates and randomly ended up living in the same town! She is a nurse at my clinic and I ran into her during one of my Dr. visits. So random but so wonderful to reconnect!! Her family is beautiful, and the kids are SO well behaved!! I enjoyed having the opportunity to photograph their holiday card photos!!!

Amy & Matt 10.10.10

I have been looking forward to this wedding for over a year!!! Amy was my original makeup artist in the studio (thanks Tracy for connecting us) and I have worked with her for almost four years now!! She is a genuinely wonderful person, and so is Matt. I was so happy for them when she told me they were engaged and just knew their wedding would be AMAZING!!!

Amy and the girls got ready at the St. Paul Hotel  followed by an evening ceremony at the Como Conservatory in the “sunken garden” room. Afterwards the group went back to the hotel for some snacks and dessert!! It was a small, intimate group of family and friends and was just so beautiful in so many ways!!

I had a tuff time narrowing this one down for the sneak peek, so enjoy the plethera of images!!! I love every single one of them and can’t wait for them to see!!!

Halloween Spooktacular!!!

Halloween Spooktacular!!!

It is that time of year again!!! We will be photographing all of your little ghosts and gobblins on Friday, October 29th from 4-7p.m. No appointments neccessary!! All little gremlins will receive a FREE session (must be accompanied by an adult) and you will also receive a FREE 5×5 art print with a food donation for the CAP Agency!! (limit one free print per family!) Additional prints will also be available for purchase at reduced prices for this event!! And new this year we will be giving away a $10 cash prize to the top 3 costumes!!! We hope to see you there!!

We had a phenomenal evening for an engagement session last night! Unfortunately the park is flooded and we weren’t able to get over there for photos, but the back-alley way lended itself to some really great color and scenery!!! (and a few drunk people for entertainment!) There photos turned out A-MAZ-ZING!!!!! I can’t wait until their wedding next summer! Here are a few of my faves!!!!
