Jake’s Senior Session!
Jake came in for his senior session this past week, he is a senior at Shakopee High School. He was a really great kid and I had a wonderful time photographing him. We had the most perfect light outdoor and I just love how all of them turned out!! Here is a teaser for ya!
Jennifer’s Pregnancy Session!
Meet the beautiful Brewer family!! They are expecting their third child (the first two are two-year-old twins!!) and came in for a session to showcase the pregnancy as well as incorporate the whole family!!! Being typical two-year-olds their attention span wasn’t quite there (and having TWO two-year-olds was even more interesting than just one!! LOL!) We still managed to get some really GREAT images and I can’t wait to meet the new baby when it arrives!!!

Savvy Bridal Shoot!!!
This week Custom Creations Photography had the honor of photographing the cover for the Savvy Bride magazine that is scheduled to come out some time towards the end of the year! My lovely model was one of my bride’s from this year and the AMAZING Brett Dorrian did the hair and makeup for the shoot!!! (she is also my artist of choice for all of my boudoir sessions and events!!!) I had so much fun with this shoot, and we teased Leah that it would be an hour and a half of prep time, and about 15 minutes of shooting time! LOL!! It’s not easy being a model! The Westing Family!
I love when clients bring in their full family for a Family Portrait!!! Not enough families take the time to document their family, and I just feel like it is SO important!! Life moves too quickly, and things get brushed aside until a moment happens and you can never go back!! Family portraits are usually the one thing a person will try to carry out with them in a fire, flood, hurricaine, etc!! Remember to document and preserve your family history!!!
Carys is 3 months!!
Little Miss Carys is on our Baby’s First Year Plan and came in for her 3 months session last week!! Is she not just adorable?? I want to pinch those precious little baby cheeks!!

I can’t get over how time flies and babies grow!! This little cutie came in for his 8 month session this past week!! I love his Viking’s Spirit!!
Dog Days of Fall!!!
What an amazing turnout we had for our Dog Days of Fall fundraiser for the Carver-Scott Humane Society!! We had over 40 sessions, and photographed 43 dogs and 11 cats!!! We had a super busy, full weekend and it was GREAT!! I can’t wait to hear how many pounds of food and litter we were able to raise!!! Here are some super fun photos from the weekend!!
Daniel’s 18 months!!!
How did this happen?? How did this little baby turn into a toddler?? I can’t believe Daniel is 18 months already!!! I have been photographing him since his 1 month on the Baby’s First Year Plan and time seriously FLIES by!!! (and fortunately I warned her a long time ago that the 18 month session can be a “challenge” LOL!)
I just love all of the families that I get to know over the years, and this one definitely sticks out in my mind! I first photographed his parent’s “wedding” about 4 years ago and have watched their family grow!! I just LOVE my job and all of my awesome clients and everyone else that supports me in my passion!!! Thank you Daniella for allowing me to be a part of your family!!!
