I had the pleasure of photographing Kait and Ben’s engagement session a few weeks ago at their home in NE Minneapolis. We had set a date for their session a month or so in advance, and of course we chose the one day it was absolutely soggy and gross out. But these two are so laid back, they didn’t fret one bit. They suggested we do the shoot in their home, and it ended up being such a fantastic idea! They also learned their dog, Rosco, is quite photogenic and enjoys being the center of attention for the camera 🙂

Kait is a comedian by night and was referred to me by one of my fellow photographer friends who is also a comedian by night. We hit it off swimmingly when we met for coffee to discuss their wedding details. They are adorable and whimsical and I can not wait for their backyard wedding in June.
